Pitches

At RCN Laacher See

The RCN Laacher See terrain covers seven hectares. The pitches are supplied with electricity. Many also have a view of the crater lake. The camping site is in a sunny location, but the trees and bushes offer shade where needed. There are two well-furnished wash and toilet facility buildings on the terrain with baby rooms. There is a washing machine and dryer in each building.

Booking

It’s easy to book your holiday online, by telephone or in the park itself. A booking is final once it has been confirmed by the park.

 

Arrival and departure 

You can occupy your pitch after 1 pm on the agreed day of arrival. It should be vacated by 12 pm on the day you leave. 

 

The pitch 

You may place the following on our pitches: 

  • One bungalow tent or one collapsible caravan 
    or one caravan with canopy/awning or one camper van
  • Plus a maximum of one small tent

Six people per pitch are allowed, plus children up to three years. One pitch per family. An additional tent (max. 5m2) may be erected free of charge.

 

Bookings, and what it all costs
  • Children up to three years of age stay free of charge
  • The reservation charges are included in the price
  • Tourist tax can vary per municipality and may change in the course of the year. The current rate is available on request and is also stated in the invoice. The rate will not be increased after the booking has been made

 

Pets

Pets, such as a dog or cat, are allowed, kept on a leash and vaccinated (max. two per pitch). In Germany, you pay €5.50 surcharge per night, per pet.

 

Preference supplement

If you want to book a specific pitch, there is a preference fee of € 25 per pitch.

 

Means of payment on the camping 

Outstanding amounts must be paid immediately on arrival. You can pay with a Dutch ‘pin’ card or cash. We also accept credit cards at reception.

Free WiFi

WiFi is free for all devices.

 
Free booking changes

You can change a booking for free for one of our other parks if it is for the same period and subject to availability. Just get in contact with us on +31 85 0400 700. Rebooking is free of charge except for any additional costs due to price differences. No refunds based on price differences will be made. 


If you want to rebook more than once, or less than three days before arrival, we will charge € 35.

  

Cancellation

If you haven’t taken any cancellation insurance and can’t make use of the accommodation or pitch reserved for you, you will have to pay the following amounts:

  • Cancellation more than three months before the arrival date: 15% of the agreed price
  • More than two months: 50%
  • More than one month: 75%
  • Within one month before: 90%
  • On the day of arrival itself: 100%.

There are lots of discounts and special offers on our website, but no more than one discount at a time may be applied. The prices shown are before any discount code has been applied. It is calculated later in the booking process.
