Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking free of charge within 48 hours. To amend your booking, get in touch with the Contact Centre at contact@rcn.nl or on at 085 085 700. After 48 hours, the terms and conditions of the Dutch association for the water sport and recreation industry (RECRON) apply.
What time can I check in and out?
Camping
You can occupy your pitch from 1 pm. Standard pitches should be vacated by 12 pm. Pitches with private toilet facilities should be vacated by 11 am.
Accommodation
You can check into accommodation after 3 pm. On the day of departure, you should vacate the accommodation before 10 am.
Can I pay on arrival at the park?
Only if you book less than two days before arrival, otherwise you just pay by iDEAL.
When and how can I pay?
You can pay by iDEAL, credit card or invoice. If you book more than six weeks in advance, you can pay in two installments. The first installment must be paid within two weeks of the booking. The second installment must be paid at least four weeks before arrival. If you book less than six weeks in advance, you pay the full amount in one installment.
Can I park two or more cars next to my pitch/accommodation?
One car is allowed in the park for each pitch, but no cars are allowed in the camping fields themselves.
Whether you can have two or more cars next to your (non-camping) accommodation depends on the number of people staying there. If you are staying in four-person accommodation, then one car is allowed. If you are staying in accommodation for six or more people, then two cars are allowed.
